Service Call Fee & Cancellations

$100 Service Call Fee
A $100 Service Call Fee applies to service visits and covers technician travel, assessment, and initial diagnostics. If a repair is completed during the visit, the Service Call Fee is typically credited toward the repair cost (as shown on the invoice/work order).
If you decline the repair after diagnosis, the $100 Service Call Fee still applies. No additional diagnostic charge beyond the Service Call Fee.
2-hour cancellation policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call as soon as possible. Cancellations/reschedules made with less than 2 hours’ notice may be treated as a completed service call and the $100 Service Call Fee will apply.
If the technician cannot access the appliance or safely perform the assessment due to site/access conditions, the visit may be treated as a completed service call and the $100 Service Call Fee will apply.
